All content on this website including articles, images, prayer time data, graphics and design is either originally created by us, used with proper permission or sourced from publicly available astronomical and Islamic calculation methods that are not subject to copyright restriction.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted or that belongs to you was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

- Identification of the material that was removed, and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or applicable jurisdiction)
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant seeks a court order.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, restrict or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
